Submit your requests by the 25th of each month for the following month. Any additional requests with less than 2 weeks prior notice cannot be guaranteed. Please follow up short-notice requests with an email to Amanda.Horne@tamucc.edu
PLEASE NOTE: If you check “YES” for alcohol being served, a UPD Police Officer will be automatically scheduled. They are billed at a minimum of 3 hours, even if they are needed for less.
